On behalf of the Burlingame Girls Softball, we welcome all of you to our 32nd Annual Billie Sue Memorial Tournament.

For 32 years, this tournament has been dedicated to the memory of Burlingame Bobby Sox softball player Billie Sue Cunha. Please take a moment to read the history of our tournament and view the photos of 9-year-old Billie Sue on the following pages, highlighting her life and her love of softball. Billie Sue’s story reminds us that each moment of our lives is a gift for which we should be ever grateful. Thank you to all the teams and managers who paid their registration fees and submitted their forms on time. It is a big help.

Thank you to all of the Burlingame Girls Softball families and friends for your ongoing support. None of this would be possible without you.  Tournament hosting is truly a team sport – thanks to all the volunteers who help ensure this event will run smoothly. Please be respectful of the neighborhoods around Ray Park, Franklin Field, Washington Park, Burlingame High School and Mills High School by showing good sportsmanship at all times, observe all parking signs and, please don’t block driveways!

Please Note: Due to high demand for ASA umpires, high school and college aged youth umpires may be used as required for 8U games.
