2021 Spring Rec Coaches,

We appreciate your patience as we continue to prepare for a spring softball season that is much different than years past.  While last spring season was a disappointment for all of us, there is light at the end of the tunnel and we can’t wait to see the girls out on the field again.  Below are some important upcoming dates to calendar now:

• Sunday, January 24, 2021, 9:30-10:30am – 6U-7U Coaches Clinic @ Bayside Park  Field 2:  Coaches Clinic for coaches with daughters born in 2013, 2014, and 2015.  Please RSVP here in case we need to cancel due to rain.
• Tuesday, January 26, 2021, 7:00-8:00PM – Coaches Meeting Via Zoom:  General overview of the planned spring rec softball season followed by breakout rooms by division to discuss division specific rules.  Zoom link/calendar invite to follow.
• Saturday, Feb 13, 2021, 9:00-11:00am – 8U-14U Coaches Clinic – Location TBD: College of San Mateo coaches will run a clinic for BGS coaches in the 8U – 14U divisions. 

Team gear bags will be distributed the weekend of January 30th/31st and practices can start as early as the week of Feb. 1st.  More details to follow regarding practice time slots, etc. at the coaches meeting.
